We’re a small, local winery born from—you guessed it—seven vine rows. But we’re much more than that—a statement that wine doesn’t need anything pretentious to be considered wine. We’re all about letting nature do its thing.
Once we step in (quite literally), we blend different grape varieties, creating bottles that are anything but predictable. Raw, surprising, expressive.
We’re here for the ones who refuse to settle for sh!tty wine, for those who crave more. Because, in our experience, the best wine comes from rolling the dice and landing on that magic seventh side.

Black Label
2023
When it came to naming our first white wine, we didn’t have to think twice. Black Label is a playful blend of seven grape varieties—Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Silvaner, Welschriesling, and Chardonnay—grown and harvested in Moravia, Czech Republic.

Back in 2018, we made a small batch of wine that was not for sale, but rather a gift to friends. The tradition remained, with a new batch each year. Now, by popular demand, our Not For Sale label is available for purchase, offering a unique experience with every vintage.
Red label
2023
Nothing screams red wine like our Red Label. Made from our favorite grape, Blaufränkisch (Frankovka), typical of the region, this wine is everything you’d hope for—earthy and spicy, yet light and playful.
Orange label
2023
You guessed it—Orange Label for orange wine. With fruity notes, citrusy brightness, and hints of white pepper and honey, it’s a standout. After three weeks of skin maceration in an open vat and 10 months aging in old barrels, it’s got all the funk you’re looking for.
Qvevri
2023
Georgia is the cradle of wine, burying grapes in amphoras called Qvevri for centuries. So, we thought, why not try it too? Meet Qvevri, Grüner Veltliner fermented for 6 months underground in a real Georgian Qvevri. Unfiltered, pure, just the way it’s meant to be.

Have you ever taken a sip of wine and thought, ‚This reminds me of the Dark Ages‘? No? Well, that’s exactly how this label got its name. It’s crafted to capture the raw emotion of tasting wine straight from the barrel, all while you’re enjoying it at home.
Pinot noir

Everybody loves a good Pinot, but ours has a bit of punk in its soul. It’s got some of that Burgundy vibe while staying authentic. Aged in both clay amphoras and barrels, Pinot Noir is made for those who don’t follow the rules.

Wine should be as unique as the people who enjoy it. By mixing different grape varieties, each batch offers a one-of-a-kind experience, impossible to replicate.

Not only our wine, but our entire vineyard aims to stay as close to nature as possible, employing biodynamic methods.

THE SCENES
The cultivation
Since we practice biodynamic winemaking, our vineyard thrives because of our animals. We harvest grapes using our horses, enrich the soil with the help of our cows, and make the vines thrive with thanks to our bees.
The fermentation
We don’t mind getting our hands (and feet) dirty to keep the wine pure. Our winemaking process is old school. No additives, no chemistry, no bullsh!t, be it while cultivating the grapes or turning it into wine.
The aging
In case you haven’t guessed, patience is key to winemaking. The wine ages for 8 to 12 months, some in classic barrels, some in special eggs, and others in traditional Georgian qvevri underground.
The result
While some vineyards focus on replicating the same batch of wine, we take pride in offering you a bottle of surprise every time. As you can see, our natural wine is hard to make, but luckily, easy to drink.
